A reminder to all our May 2nd raffle winners that the Civic Orchestra of Chicago is performing tonight at 8:00pm at Symphony Center (220 S. Michigan Avenue). They will perform "Debussy’s greatest orchestral masterpiece, La mer. In this vivid music, the French composer achieves one of the most perfect balances in all symphonic music between architectural mathematics and the shimmering use of symbolism and suggestion, deeply immersing the listener in a world of dreams and the unconscious."
