The Chicago Chopin Foundation cordially invites all this coming Saturday, February 24 at 6 pm, to a special event: a Concert and Celebration on the occasion of the 208th Anniversary of the Birthday of Frederic Chopin! Eventbrite.
The Program includes:
Maralgua Darjaa - piano recital of the most beautiful pieces by Frederic Chopin. Maralgua Darjaa i Izabela Gieroń- piano-violin duet. Chris Band, Krzysztof and Izabela Gieroń- family duet - classics of all time.
During the intermission, there will be a toast to the music of Chopin as well as the building of the Chopin Garden in Grant Park- champagne & a delicious torte for all of Chopin's guests!
Following the intermission, there will be a showing of "Chopin -- the Space Concert," as well as "In Search of Chopin."
All the artists, as well as others, are volunteering their time and talent in support of the building of Chopin Garden in Grant Park, near the intersection of 11th Street & Michigan Avenue- the pride of Chicago Polonia! Thanks to all for this support.
The Chicago Chopin Foundation would also like to thank The Polish Highlanders Association for hosting this event, and for all their help and support.

Już 24 lutego, w sobotę o godz.18:00 zapraszamy na szczególne wydarzenie muzyczne: Koncert i przyjęcie urodzinowe w 208 rocznicę urodzin Fryderyka Chopina.

Wszyscy artyści wystapią charytatywnie ofiarowując swój czas i talent na cel powstania Ogrodu Chopina w Parku Granta przy 11St i Michigan Ave.-dumy chicagowskiej Polonii.
